Who is the referring professional?

To apply for assistance from the Patronat de Dames de Meritxell, the involvement of professionals from social services, the education system, or the social and healthcare system is required.

At least two referring professionals (from these fields) must assess the situation and recommend the application. This allows us to ensure that the aid reaches those who truly need it, maintaining fair, responsible, and coordinated support among all parties involved.

The Patronat does not receive direct requests but works through these professionals, who know each case best and can guide you through the process.

If you or someone close to you is in a situation of need, contact the nearest social services, educational center, or social and healthcare center. They will help you start the process, and from the Patronat, we will walk together so that no one is left behind.
